REFUND POLICY

We want you to have a great experience with our products. To that end, we use insulated packaging and ice packs to keep items fresh.

If you are not happy with the condition of your items upon arrival, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to either refund or replace your order. We are not responsible for damaged or spoiled product due to the following:

  • Incorrect delivery address

  • Unopened shipments

  • Gifts to recipients who are unable to receive shipments (If you are sending a Mecox Direct box as a gift, we strongly recommend that you alert the gift recipient to their arriving shipment so that they are prepared to receive the shipment).
