WHAT IS MECOX DIRECT?
Mecox Direct is local farm-fresh home delivery from Mecox Bay Dairy, a small family-owned & operated farm in Bridgehampton (and the only dairy on Long Island's South Fork). Our artisan cheese, grass-fed beef, and pastured pork products are sold locally and at The Farm Store, but now you can get all we have to offer straight from our farm to your doorstep!
Mecox Direct is not a farm share — it’s an online ordering service for your favorite local products. For a delivery fee of only $10 per order you can choose from our entire selection of available meats, cheeses, and other farm-fresh products for Friday home delivery in time for the weekend. Summer Fridays, Southampton to Montauk.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
No minimum order. No membership fee. Totally customizable.
To place an order, simply shop here to build your box. Order by end of day Thursday for delivery that Friday (orders placed after Thursday will be delivered Friday of the following week). If we need to make any changes to your order, we will contact you at the phone number you provide during checkout.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY DELIVERY
Your order will arrive fresh from the farm, delivered by the farmer or cheesemaker! Meat products (except jerky and snack stix) arrive frozen. In transit, items are kept cool with ice packs and insulated packaging. You should refrigerate or freeze your delivery as soon as possible.

To request items you don't see on our site, please CLICK HERE. We'll do our best to include those items in your order whenever possible.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN MY DELIVERY ARRIVES?
No! Leave us detailed instructions on where we should leave your package, and it will be there waiting for you when you get home! Please refrigerate your items as soon as you receive them. We are not responsible for packages left unopened overnight.
MY MECOX DIRECT BOX IS HERE! NOW WHAT?
Items in your Mecox Direct box are perishable, so refrigerate or freeze immediately. Keep cheese refrigerated until about one to three hours before serving (cheese should be served at room temperature).

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We want you to have a great experience with our products. To that end, we use insulated packaging and ice packs to keep items fresh.
If you are not happy with the condition of your items upon arrival, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to either refund or replace your order. We are not responsible for damaged or spoiled product due to the following:
Incorrect delivery address
Unopened shipments
Gifts to recipients who are unable to receive shipments (If you are sending a Mecox Direct box as a gift, we strongly recommend that you alert the gift recipient so that they are prepared to receive the shipment).
